EASE is a blueprint to help you quiet judgments, fears and insecurities. You will identify triggers that challenge your well-being. And you will learn self-compassion and create sustainable self-care practices.

Mindfulness is an empirically validated tool in treating depression, anxiety and anger. My approach focuses on the body as a way to develop mindfulness. You will increase your skills for noticing difficult thoughts, feelings, memories and body sensations as you develop the capacity to live more comfortably with whatever arises. These practices will support your ability to identify and express authentic feelings to meet your needs, desires and goals. Your increased self-awareness will lead to more effective communication, conflict resolution, and greater ease in daily living.
